Gina Ramirez has spent more than a decade helping people move through what felt immovable - anxiety, trauma, anger, grief, and the weight of simply surviving hard seasons. She founded GR&E Mind Evolution on a simple belief: every person deserves access to real, effective mental health care delivered with warmth and without judgment.
She is bilingual in English and Spanish, multiply credentialed, and deeply rooted in the culture and community of South Texas. Her approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and grounded in the belief that people can grow, heal, and move forward with the right support.
